We are so excited to have Google Classroom up and running. Please watch for an email from you students teacher with their email address and password. To get to Classroom please click on the link on the right. You should come to a page that looks like this:
On this page your student will need to type in their email address. The email address is the students first name then a . then the first initial of their last name and some numbers @stu.nebo.edu (i.e. email@example.com)
That will pull up a page that looks like this:
Students username is their lunch number and the password will be provided by your students teacher.
This will open the students email. In the top right corner there is a Google app menu that looks like 3 rows and 3 columns of squares.
Students should select more and it will allow more apps and will look like this:
They should select Classroom.
That should bring up a screen that looks something like this (the colors may be different depending on the teacher – the example below is Mrs. Dimmick’s class):
Select the title of the class above the teacher’s name. For instance in Mrs. Dimmick’s class you would select 2015-2016 school year.
You should have a page that looks something like this (again, the colors may be different depending on the teacher)
Each student has gone through this signing in process at school. Please let your classroom teacher know if you we can help you.
Update: We have added some more information and pictures based on feedback we have received from parents about trying to get their students onto Google Classroom. We have been blown away with the kindness and understanding we have received from parents as we try to get this up and running. Thank you so much!!
We have been asked by our fabulous PE teachers to let you know that the students will be outside for PE until the weather gets cold. The students are welcome and encouraged to bring a water bottle that they can have outside with them during their PE time.

We are so excited to be starting our 2016-2017 school year. This morning we did a presentation for parents. We realize all parents weren’t able to come. Below are the power point that we used during the meeting. We will post a video of the meeting as soon as possible. Thanks!
3rd Grade Back to School
Thank you so much for your support of our program last night! The students had so much fun putting it together. A big shout out to Mrs. Aagard who interviewed all of the students and helped them create their own parts and put them together into our program. Thank you so much for sending props for your students. In the craziness of cleaning up last night a few items have gone missing. If you could look around your house and send back any of these items that were picked up by mistake we would appreciate it.
1. A green pair of gloves
2. A purple pair of gloves
3. A silver bowl
4. A chef’s hat
Remember that tomorrow is our pajama day. We hope you have a save and wonderful Christmas break!!
As we announced in our back to school night meeting the 3rd grade is responsible for having a parent volunteer to help with Imagine Learning every Friday from 9:30-10:30. We have parents who have volunteered for the 1st and 2nd weeks and we appreciate them so much! We are still looking for help on the 3rd and 4th Friday. If you are available to help please let your child’s teacher know.
